Aziza - Optometrist
With over 10 years in optometry, Aziza has always been drawn to the science of the eye and its potential to improve quality of life. She enjoys building relationships with patients and making a real impact on their vision. Aziza emphasises the importance of continual learning and staying curious in a field that’s constantly evolving. Her advice: focus on communication and empathy as much as technical skills.
Charlotte - Pre-Reg Optometrist
Charlotte’s journey began with a fascination for eye health and a personal connection to the challenges some of her family members faced. She joined The Spectacle Factory as an Optical Assistant and is now working toward becoming a qualified optometrist. Charlotte loves that there’s always something new to learn and encourages aspiring optometrists to work hard, gain experience, and stay determined.
Jameson - Pre - Reg Optometrist
Jameson’s interest in optometry began with a curiosity about how the eye works. With 15 years in the field, he’s passionate about not just improving vision but also identifying health issues through eye exams. Jameson advises future optometrists to stay patient-focused and continue learning throughout their careers.
